What are the site setup requirements?

Setup is simple and straight forward details of which can be found here .

Do you provide rentals out side Auckland?

We provide rental cabins to the following regions Auckland, Northland and Waikato regions, however if you are interested in something outside these areas contact us as we maybe able to help in putting you in touch with an associated rental provider.

Is a credit check required?

Yes we conduct a credit check, please see our lease application page for more details.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes for:

Commercial units - 3 months.

Residential units - 3 months.

Do we need a consent for these sleep out?

Since we manufacture caravans and portable cabins in most cases you don't need a building consent. But should you need a building consent we will assist you obtaining any consents required.
